1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vintio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Devnorth ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility and age requirements

You must meet the following age requirements to use Vintio:

• Users in the European Union must be at least 16 years old.
• Users in the United States must be at least 13 years old in compliance with COPPA.
• Users in all other regions must meet the minimum age required by their local laws, which is typically 13 years old.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement in your region. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement, you must not use Vintio.

3. Description of service

Vintio is an English language learning application that enables users to practice conversational English through AI-powered simulations of real-life scenarios. Conversations are conducted with AI characters and are intended for educational purposes only. AI characters are fictional and do not represent real people or institutions.

4. Subscription and billing

Vintio offers a subscription plan with the following conditions:

• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
• After the trial period, the subscription renews automatically at $19.99 USD per month (or local equivalent).
• Prices may vary by country due to local taxes and exchange rates.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

5. Usage limits and fair use policy

To ensure service quality and sustainability for all users, Vintio applies the following usage limits:

• Subscribers may be subject to a maximum number of AI conversations per day and/or per month, as defined within the app at any given time.
• Current limits are displayed in the app and may be updated over time with prior notice.
• Subscription access grants usage within these defined limits — it does not guarantee unlimited usage beyond what is stated in the current plan.
• Devnorth reserves the right to apply additional restrictions to accounts that show abusive or automated usage patterns inconsistent with normal personal use.
• Users will be notified of any material changes to usage limits via the app or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

6. Account and data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly from the app settings under Account → Delete Account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the service.
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

8. AI-generated content

Conversations in Vintio are generated by artificial intelligence. The content is intended solely for language learning purposes. Devnorth is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and technology within Vintio are the property of Devnorth. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devnorth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vintio at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of Vintio after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.
